If your organization has completed its Media Sponsorship Agreement, this page provides everything you need to get started — including the official Sanj Talks logo, approved wording, Sanj Talks Business platform access, and social media guidelines.

Step 2 | Start Using Sanj Talks Business – platform built for your organization

Your Media Sponsorship includes access to the Sanj Talks Business platform.

Use the platform throughout your sponsorship term to increase visibility for your organization and keep the community informed about what you are doing.

Your organization can:

  • Maintain your Organization Profile
  • Publish upcoming Events
  • Publish Articles about your programs, achievements, successful events, milestones, and community impact
  • Display Advertisements promoting your organization, events, and initiatives
  • Create People Profiles for appropriate leaders, executives, founders, board members, and professionals
  • Post Deals and Classifieds when applicable

We encourage organizations to regularly add new events, articles, photos, announcements, and other relevant information rather than treating their profile as a one-time listing.

Haven’t Received Your Login?

If your organization has completed its Media Sponsorship Agreement but has not received its Sanj Talks Business login information, please contact help@sanjtalks.com.

Step 3 | Mention Sanj Talks as Your Official Media Sponsor

When announcing the relationship or promoting a covered event, you may use any of the following approved wording:

For your organization:

“Sanj Talks is an Official Media Sponsor of [Organization Name].”

or

“Sanj Talks serves as an Official Media Sponsor of [Organization Name], helping amplify its events, initiatives, achievements, and community impact.”

For an event:

“We are pleased to welcome Sanj Talks as an Official Media Sponsor of [Event Name].”

or

“Thank you to Sanj Talks for supporting [Event Name] as an Official Media Sponsor.”

Your Media Sponsorship is designed to be used throughout the relationship.

Keep Sanj Talks informed about:

  • Upcoming events
  • Community programs and initiatives
  • Organizational achievements and milestones
  • Successful completed events
  • Leadership and volunteer stories
  • Community impact
  • Photos and stories showing how funds, donations, or community support are making a difference
  • Other news that may be appropriate for editorial or promotional consideration

Whenever possible, also publish your events, articles, and organizational updates directly through the Sanj Talks Business platform.

Media sponsorship opportunities may include event visibility, social media amplification, editorial coverage, articles, photography, interviews, and other promotional opportunities depending on the organization, event, editorial relevance, and applicable Media Sponsorship Agreement.

Important Brand Note

The Sanj Talks name and logo may be used to identify the applicable Media Sponsorship relationship.

Use of the Sanj Talks name or logo does not indicate endorsement of an organization’s products, services, political positions, viewpoints, or activities beyond the applicable media sponsorship relationship.
