• Sponsorship opportunities do not grant control over event content, speakers, panelists, editorial decisions, attendee information, or event programming.
• Sanj Talks retains sole discretion regarding event format, agenda, speakers, and promotional content.
• Product samples, printed materials, and promotional items must be approved prior to distribution.
• Quantities may be limited based on event attendance and venue requirements.
Community Welcome Bags
Selected events may include Sanj Talks Community Welcome Bags.
Sponsors may provide approved promotional materials, brochures, coupons, product samples, or other items for inclusion in attendee welcome bags.
All materials are subject to approval and available space.
Payment Options
Credit card payments are accepted for all sponsorship levels.
For sponsorships of $5,000 and above, payment by ACH, wire transfer, or check is preferred.
Sponsorships may be upgraded at any time by paying the difference between sponsorship levels.
All sponsorship contributions are non-refundable.
