Make It Work for You: Coordinate every medical and collection activity through the authorized blood organization. Confirm space, accessibility, privacy, electrical needs, parking, scheduling, eligibility communications, volunteer roles, insurance, and emergency procedures. Protect donor information and avoid pressuring anyone to participate or explain why they cannot donate. Only qualified personnel should screen donors, collect blood, provide medical guidance, or manage adverse reactions.
