Make It Work for You: Obtain permission when the nomination requires personal, employment, demographic, or contact information. Describe verifiable actions and results without inventing numbers, overstating impact, copying confidential material, or claiming credit that belongs to a team. Disclose relevant relationships when required. A nomination does not guarantee selection, and recognition should never be offered in exchange for payment, favors, endorsements, or influence unless clearly identified as a legitimate fee-based program.
